How It Works
Survey and Defect Report
A qualified roofer inspects the roof from scaffolding where needed, identifies failed tiles, slipped ridges, damaged leadwork and rotten battens, then provides a written report and recommended scope of work.
Structural Repairs and Material Replacement
We replace broken tiles, re-batten where necessary, renew flashing and lead, repoint ridges and repair valley gutters to restore the roof's weatherproofing and load path.
Finish and Long-Term Protection
Final checks, gutter clearance and optional RENOTEC or thermal coatings for long-term anti-moss protection are applied, followed by a customer walkaround and handover.
